Despite deploying skilled professionals, Kurtz Investigations Potsdam strives to maintain a fair pricing level, so that engaging detectives is, unfortunately, not affordable for everyone but still accessible to a broad segment of the population. We voluntarily follow, without any membership obligation, the code of honour of the Federal Association of International Detectives and position our rates at the lower end of the recommended price range.

Please note: The exact hourly rate applicable to your case can only be provided after discussing all details relevant to the assignment. In most cases, you can expect €84 per hour. Unlike many competitors, we consider it important to follow a transparent fee structure.

 

  • Hourly rate per deployed investigator: €84 gross (for private clients)

  • Hourly rate per deployed investigator: €84 net (for companies)

  • Per kilometre driven: €1.30 gross/net (private clients/companies)

In cases with legal relevance, where evidence is submitted to the courts, it is often possible to have the detective costs reimbursed by the party responsible for the problem, usually the target individual. This again demonstrates the importance of conducting investigations that are legally secure and admissible in court. One thing is clear: if you pay an amateur investigator €5 or €10 less per hour initially but later cannot recover the detective costs due to investigative errors, you ultimately gain nothing.

The Fee Model of Kurtz Investigations Potsdam

No flat-rate expense calculation – billing is only for actual and necessary effort.

 

No postage or telephone charges – these are included in the hourly rate and are not charged separately.

 

No costs for standard detective equipment – also included in the hourly rate. Only special equipment, such as a disguised surveillance vehicle, is billed separately if required.

 

No additional charges for weekend or night assignments – a fixed hourly rate seven days a week, round the clock.

 

Flat-rate offers are provided on request and only for clearly predictable workloads. For specific corporate assignments, such as the recovery of missing property, a flat-rate solution is, of course, sensible.

 

When concluding a contract, and upon payment of a deposit covering the assignment costs, you can, subject to creditworthiness, agree with us on an interest-free instalment plan for the remaining balance. Naturally, without any additional fees.
